Cottontail Candy. Co

We've had some dreary, wet weather here in Georgia over the last couple of months. So, it's time to add some cheerful, colorful, Easter decor to my house in anticipation of Spring!

I made this fun sign using a wooden cutout from Signopoly. It came with one piece with the shape of a bunny cut out in the center, & a solid piece for the back.

I cut a pretty piece of wrapping paper & glued it to the back board using ModPodge.

I painted the wood with the bunny with the color, Daisy, from the Dixie Belle Paint Company.

I placed the painted board over the back board & attached them with a staple gun.
I made a vinyl stencil for the lettering with my Cricut Maker. I used the color, Evergreen, for the words.
This cheerful sign adds a little bit of sunshine to these rainy days!

  1. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any of the pictures in your post. Don't know if it's something to do with my ancient computer or something on your end. Any ideas?

  2. So cute and a clever idea using wrapping paper. I'm visiting from Friday Favorites. Do you allow sharing 1 picture with direct link back to your website for round-ups?
