Gone are the days of taking our film to be developed and waiting patiently for our photos to be ready for pick up. Now, in the days of instant gratification, all of our pictures are at our fingertips. But, there's something wonderful about having a hard copy of those cherished pictures.
One of my favorite pictures was taken this past Christmas, by my son, using his drone. Every year, on the Sunday before Christmas, my mother's side of the family comes to my house for a Christmas celebration. It is a tradition that started during World War II when my mom's brothers were all away at war, and my mother and my aunts brought everyone together for a party. I made a promise to my mother that the tradition would continue even after she was gone...and it has. This past Christmas we had 69 family members at my house and it was a wonderful day!
So, when the Canvas Factory contacted me about receiving a canvas and hosting a giveaway, I knew the exact picture I wanted on canvas!
There's something so special about having our favorite memories on the wall to see at all times and share with others. It's much nicer than having to scroll through your phone or visit the cloud to find a picture!
It was very easy to order from Canvas Factory. I simply uploaded the photo that I wanted and picked the size canvas. Mine is 16 x 20. You can even pick how you want the sides of the canvas. You can have the sides black, but I chose to wrap the picture around the sides...
Bring your memories to life and enjoy them everyday!

ReplyDeleteI am all about hard copy prints!!!! With all the photos in phones, on computers and in the cloud, I am so afraid that future generations aren't going to have all the pictures us "baby boomers" have of our families! I love the photos I have that have been passed down...I want my kids to have those AND the current ones!! Love the idea of having a canvas print...maybe I'll win this one!!!
